Juan is the founding member from Dessau S&Z S.A., who has more than 40 years of experience in the electric and infrastructure sectors.
Juan Solidoro
Juan is the founding member from Dessau S&Z S.A., who has more than 40 years of experience in the electric and infrastructure sectors. He is director of several private companies that has various investments in different areas.
In the energetic field, and from the private sector he has been involved into consultancy in design and development of: > 450 MW in Thermal Power Plants, > 6,000 MW in Hydroelectric Power Plants and > 4,500 kms in Transmission Lines and Management from the conception, development and promotion of several hydroelectric projects in Peru including: Complejo El Carmen 35MW, Tarucani 49MW, Quitaracsa 112MW, Belo Horizonte 180MW, Veracruz 723MW, Inambari 2200MW, among others.
In the public sector, he has been the chief in several divisions of the General Direction of Electricity, and advisor of the Ministerial Office of Peru in different periods. During period (1992 – 1995) in quality of main advisor participated in the Reform of Electricity Sector in Peru; Design, financing and startup of EMTAL with the IBRD, Personnel’s Chief who elaborated the Electrical Concessions Law, negotiations with BID for a loan of US$ 75 M for Transmission Projects in Peru; negotiations with Eximbank of Japan for the financing of San Gabán II Hydroelectric Power Plant by US$ 155.0 M; negotiations with the BIRF for a structural loan of USD 200 M for the Reform of the Energy and Mines Sector, etc.

Susana has over 17 years of experience coordinating, editing and executing important projects.
Susana Gushiken
Susana has over 17 years of experience coordinating, editing and executing important projects in diverse fields of infrastructure; leading coordination within programs of Environmental Impact Studies, Social Programs and research for government institutions and private companies.
Furthermore Ms. Gushiken has extensive experience in the field of teaching, research and production of manuals and texts of environmental assessment of science and environment – with various publications. Susana is a graduate in Biology from Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina, has a masters degree in management of natural areas and environmental education at the University of Las Palmas – Fundación Universitaria Iberoamericana and a specialization in Environmental Consulting at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas del Peru.

Miguel is founding partner of Dessau S&Z who has more than 40 years in the electrical sector. He has participated in the conception and the development of several hydroelectric projects including: Tarucani, Quitaracsa, Veracruz and Inambari. Technical participation in >450MW in Thermal Power Plants, >7,500MW in Hydroelectric Power Plants and > 4,500 km in Transmission Lines.
Currently, he is President of the Peruvian Commission on Large Dams and Member of the Executive Committee of the International Commission on Large Dams. He has been Chief of the Projects Division of the Electric Energy Corporation of Mantaro, Director of the National Council of the Engineer’s Association of Peru and CONASUCO. He has participated in the Committee of Electric Energy Rationing, Peruvian Association of Consulting and Compañía de Servicios Eléctricos S.A.. Member of the Committee for the elaboration of Referential Energy Plan to the Ministry of Energy and Mines (1994) and Representative of this Ministry before the Multisectorial Commission of the Olmos Project.

Luc Thibault
Luc has more than 35 years of experiencse in hydroelectric energy, and with high worldwide prestige. In his professional line he has been dedicated mainly to the development of Feasibility Studies, Conceptual Engineering, Bases, Detailed Design and construction supervision. Likewise, he has dedicated himself to the development of projects, including Strategic Planning, Contract negotiation and financing, for high-voltage hydroelectric power transmission projects and for the acquisition of hydroelectric and transmission power assets in Latin America. His management experience includes Peru, Chile and Brazil. He has participated in senior executive positions in various companies such as Hatch (Director of Renewable Energy), AECOM (Vice President of Latin America), RSW inc. (Manager of Hydroelectric Projects), Hydro Quebec International (Manager of Latin America), and SNC Lavalin, among others.
