DESSAU S&Z is committed to fostering and maintaining a work environment that favors ethical behavior and actively encourages an open dialogue on ethics and conduct, and guides its actions and principles under the values of integrity and honesty.<\/p>\n

Therefore, a Whistleblower Channel has been set up to enable anonymous reporting of corruption, bribery, influence peddling and collusion offenses in which employees, legal representatives, business partners, suppliers, or any other entity or company related to DESSAU S&Z may be involved.<\/p>\n

At DESSAU S&Z we have a policy of ZERO REPRESALS, all reports play a fundamental role in maintaining an environment of integrity and prevention. It is everyone’s job to create a safe work environment in which we can report unethical behavior in good faith.<\/p>\n

Reports will be treated with complete confidentiality and may be made anonymously. To ensure integrity and confidentiality, the whistleblower channel is managed by the Compliance Officer.<\/p>\n
