BACKGROUND AND SCOPE OF SERVICES

The Project is situated in the Departments of Ucayali, Huánuco, Ancash and Lima, and included the study to improve outlets rates out of service of 3 stretches of the Transmission Lines 220 kV Aguaytía – Paramonga by atmospheric discharge.

This executed study to reduce service outlets by atmospheric discharges performed in 2003, included the following services: Failures analysis and technical-economical Evaluation of alternatives. Resistances measuring of ground connection and resistance of surrounding soil in 267 towers. Calculus of short-circuit, step and touch voltage and calculus of ground connection. Relay calibration. File of bidding including technical specifications, quantity estimate and base budgeting.
